We take impressions of your teeth at our office and fabricate trays to intimately fit your teeth. These trays hold the whitening gel close to the teeth for the recommended time period (time depends on the concentration of the bleaching gel being used).  It's recommended that you always consult with a dentist before trying any over-the-counter teeth whitening system.
